Vtix Solutions is a privately owned and operated Canadian company based in Mission, British Columbia. Vtix has been actively involved with the ticketing and box office industry since 1995. In 2019 Vtix Solutions was acquired by Live Acts Canada, a company that specializes in music events, and believes in quality products and customer service.

We classify our business into two categories; Printed tickets/media and online box office sales. For our printing service, we offer a wide range of physical products such as custom printed thermal tickets, raffle tickets, food & beverage tickets and wristbands. We use high speed thermal tickets/media printers to ensure a quick turnaround time for orders, while keeping quality high. We also carry generic products such as Tyvek wristbands, coat check tags and admit one tickets. The other part of our business is our online box office service. Vtix can host a client’s event through the Vtix Event Portal available on our website. Once information about the event is uploaded, patrons can conveniently purchase event tickets online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
